Participation Policy for the
Sunbelt Senior Professional Golf Tour
|
We have worked very hard over the past 14 years
to build a high-level senior tour that our players could be proud
of, as well as depend on. We have always been loyal to our members
by committing our time, money, and efforts to making sure that
the Sunbelt Senior Tour remains a professional competitive environment
that respects the integrity of the game of golf and its members.
We
expect our members to represent us in this very same way. While
we do not discourage our members from playing on other smaller
tours, we do demand that our members uphold the integrity of the
game and the Sunbelt Senior Tour by remaining our good-will ambassadors
wherever they may choose to compete, all the way to the Champions
Tour.
Dozens
of tours have come and gone over the past 14 years and many players
have lost tens of thousands of dollars chasing unfulfilled promises.
Our record is unmatched. The Sunbelt Senior Tour has always paid
every player every dime of every purse. In 14 years, we have paid
out over $3,300,000 in purses and helped raise nearly $1,000,000
for many worthwhile charities. |
